LionHeart Evaluation Reporting and Strategic Assessment:
The entire LionHeart Process is comprehensively Evaluated at each stage, from in-school to National Level. The LionHeart Evaluation Results are not completed or selected on a sample basis, in line with LionHeart's inclusive nature EVERY single Student partaking will provide their feedback, and give assessment of LionHeart's Coaching of the Business Techniques conveyed, the core skills that are being nurtured and developed, as well as their general thoughts on the Challenge.
In addition Teachers and Business People, who work with and witness The LionHeart Challenge first hand, all provide feedback on The Challenge Day, allowing for real time assessment on how LionHeart delivers on the Core Elements of Business to be captured.

The Judges Process: Evaluation and Assessment:
In addition to the Learning Outcomes of the Challenge being Evaluated by every Student, Teacher and Business Person, the pupils' skills, knowledge and use of Business Principles as displayed on The Challenge day are evaluated and assessed by The Judging Panel, comprised of Leading Industry Specialists.
The Judges follow a detailed Judging Process which includes many quantitative and qualitative Criteria of Assessment for all differing Key Business Tasks including Finance, Marketing, Concept, Product Design and Teamwork.
