National Finals Feedback

"Today at LionHeart, we have found since the first challenge we have become confident and gained a positive idea of business. We are very privileged to be here as it has been a fantastic experience for our future learning and development. Not only from a business aspect have we gained a lot of knowledge, but I feel that our team has grown in confidence through questioning experts and talking to the judges. Our communications skills have developed through brainstorming and trying to get our ideas across to other team members. Right from the start of the challenge we have worked solidly as a productive ad dynamic team, valuing everyone?s ideas and concepts which I felt have been the main aspect of why our team was so successful today. However, we have also been able to adapt to work independently on the area in which our skills are best met. As a team we all feel that the LionHeart Challenge has given use the ability to foresee what the business world is like. At first a lot of the team members did not have much interest in business but the LionHeart Challenge has sparkled enthusiasm in all of us. Every part of the LionHeart Challenge has been useful and we will all take a lot from the experience ? from confidence in speaking, to working as a team. Its? too hard to pinpoint one particular part of the LionHeart Challenge that has the most useful thing we learnt, as EVERYTHING has helped us. We feel so privileged to be a part of such an inspiring organization. Our team has worked so hard today and we feel that communicational skills have helped us gain a further understanding of all that business entails through talking to experts."

"I think it gives them a real insight into the business world, its not just about glamour, appearing on TV and then becoming famous, it is hard work its about understanding how the financials can make or break a business, the marketing side, the design aspect, and for me most importantly working as a team, without a team you?re never going to succeed."
